1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, country and state/province/territory of residence, referral-code preferences, account credentials in hashed form, records of acceptance of Program terms, email-verification status, Partner-account status and security-related account information.
If you configure payouts, we collect the PayPal email address you provide. We do not ask for or store your PayPal password.
We also process information about attributed orders, Qualified Sales, commissions, payout status, payment references and Program activity.
2. Country and Region of Residence
We collect your country and state, province or territory of residence to determine Program eligibility, apply country-specific Program rules, support tax and compliance administration, prevent abuse and maintain records relating to your participation.
The Partner Program is currently available to eligible residents of the United States, Canada and Australia.
3. Security and Anti-Abuse Data
The Partner Portal uses security controls including Cloudflare Turnstile, CSRF protection, honeypot fields and rate limiting. Security-event logs may contain cryptographic hashes derived from IP addresses and email addresses, timestamps, event types and success/failure information. These controls are used to protect accounts and prevent automated abuse.
4. Why We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to process Partner applications, verify email addresses, determine eligibility, operate Partner accounts, create and administer referral codes, attribute sales, calculate commissions, process payouts, maintain Program records, prevent fraud and abuse, communicate with Partners, resolve disputes and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on performance of the Partner agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Program, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required.
4A. Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement
Selected public Partner Program pages may use the Meta Pixel and, when enabled, Meta's Conversions API to measure page visits, Partner-application submissions and completed Partner registrations. This lets a completed registration be measured even when the verification email opens in a different browser or device from the original application.
For this purpose, Beyond Homelands may process browser and click identifiers (such as
Meta _fbp / _fbc values), page and event information,
network/device information, and normalized contact identifiers used for event matching.
Contact identifiers sent through the server-side integration are transformed with
one-way SHA-256 hashing before transmission. Passwords and PayPal credentials are not
included in Meta advertising-measurement events.
Browser or device privacy controls may limit browser-side measurement, while server-side measurement may still operate where lawfully configured. Where applicable law requires consent, opt-out or another specific control for advertising technologies, those requirements should be applied through the relevant website privacy settings or consent mechanism.
5. Service Providers
Personal information may be processed by service providers used to operate the Program, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare security services, Google Workspace email services, Fourthwall commerce services, Meta Platforms advertising-measurement services and PayPal payment services.
These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy frameworks and may process data in countries other than your country of residence.
6. International Data Transfers
Because the Partner Program uses international technology, commerce and payment providers, personal information may be transferred to or processed in other countries. Where required, Beyond Homelands will use appropriate contractual, organizational or legal safeguards for such transfers.
7. Retention
We retain Partner-account, agreement, transaction, commission, payout, eligibility and security information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, comply with legal and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Certain security-event records are designed to be short-lived and may be automatically removed after the relevant security-retention period.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the privacy law applicable to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or objection to certain processing of your personal information, and in some cases the right to data portability or to withdraw consent.
Some information may need to be retained despite a request where retention is required or permitted for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual or dispute-resolution purposes.
9. Accuracy of Information
Partners are responsible for keeping account and payout information accurate. You may update your PayPal payout email through the Partner Portal; a temporary security hold may apply after payout-information changes.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Partner information, including access controls, hashed passwords, email verification, server-side API credential storage, anti-bot controls and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Updates to this Notice
We may update this Partner Privacy Notice when the Program, service providers or legal requirements change. The version displayed on the Partner Portal is the current notice.
12. Contact
Privacy questions or requests relating to the Partner Program may be sent to info@beyondhomelands.com .
