Beyond Homelands Partner Program Terms
These terms summarize the approved operating rules of the Partner Program. Before a public launch at scale, Beyond Homelands should have the final legal text reviewed for its specific business and tax structure.
1. Eligibility
The Program is currently open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Enrollment is generally automatic after the required confirmations are completed.
2. Independent relationship
Partners participate as independent referral partners. Participation does not create employment, agency, franchise, partnership, exclusivity, or authority to bind Beyond Homelands.
3. Referral benefit and commission
Eligible customers receive 7% off eligible apparel purchases when using an active Partner referral code. The Partner earns a commission equal to 20% of the listed product price before the 7% referral discount. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other fees are excluded from the commission basis.
4. Repeat purchases
A customer may use the same active referral code on future eligible orders. Each Qualified Sale using that code can generate a new commission; the Program is not limited to a customer's first purchase.
5. Qualified Sale
A Qualified Sale is an eligible purchase completed using an active referral code and accepted under these Terms. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, abusive, or self-referred transactions do not qualify. A Partner may not use their own referral code to generate commission or satisfy the monthly activity requirement.
6. Monthly activity
To keep a referral code active, a Partner must generate at least one Qualified Sale during each full calendar month. The requirement begins with the first full calendar month after activation. If the requirement is not met, Beyond Homelands may deactivate the referral code. Account and payment history remain recorded.
7. Commission status and payment
Commissions may move through Pending, Approved, Paid, or Voided status. Approved commissions are scheduled for payment on the 25th day of the following month. There is no minimum payout threshold. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or adjustments identified after approval or payment may be offset against future commissions where permitted.
8. Public promotion and disclosures
Whenever publicly promoting or endorsing Beyond Homelands or its products, Partners must clearly disclose their financial relationship with the brand and comply with applicable advertising, endorsement, platform, and consumer-protection requirements.
9. Prohibited conduct
Partners must not make false or misleading claims, engage in spam, fraud, harassment, abusive conduct, unauthorized representation, impersonation, misuse of confidential information, or conduct reasonably likely to cause material harm to Beyond Homelands, its customers, or its reputation.
10. Suspension and termination
Beyond Homelands may suspend or close a Partner account or referral code for violations, fraud, abuse, legal or platform requirements, or material harm to the brand. Earned commissions remain subject to validation, refund, chargeback, and fraud rules.
11. Program changes
Beyond Homelands may modify Program economics, eligibility, procedures, or these Terms prospectively. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect where reasonably practical.
12. Taxes
Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations. Beyond Homelands may request legal name, address, taxpayer information, or other documentation required to process payments or satisfy applicable reporting requirements.
