Privacy Notice

This Partner Portal collects information needed to operate the Beyond Homelands Partner Program, including account identity, contact details, U.S. state of residence, referral code, Program agreements, attributed sales, commissions, account status, and payment history.

Why we use the information

We use Partner information to create and secure accounts, generate and manage referral codes, attribute eligible sales, calculate commissions, prevent fraud and duplicate transactions, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and administer the Program.

Customer privacy

The Partner Dashboard is designed not to disclose customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, or other unnecessary customer-identifying information. Partners see only the information required to understand attributed sales and commissions.

Security and retention

Account passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Program records may be retained as reasonably necessary for payment, accounting, fraud prevention, legal, and audit purposes.

Third parties

The Program may rely on service providers involved in store operations, hosting, analytics, payment processing, and referral attribution, including Fourthwall and hosting infrastructure providers.
